What is your return policy?

Unfortunately there are no returns on these products. The products are made from used sails and will have some marks on them which makes them an individual product.
Every endeavor has been made to limit the marks that may appear on the bags

Are they handmade?

All of the bags are handmade from second hand materials.
They are made from locally sourced yacht sails and spinnakers from Gippsland Lakes, Victoria, Australia.
